They told me I can’t use paypal to receive money for any activity that requires a fee to let you win prizes or partecipate to extractions…
That is why unfortunately I have to DELETE THE LOTTERY…
the good news is, there is a chance for people who can’t donate to win free licences as well! 🙂
I have to think about how to use those licences now, if you any idea please let me know 😉 Some will be probably given to people who have already donated just to partecipate to the lottery 😉

The WDR on version will still be available? Or the WDR off one will replace the current n2o4 version?
If possible, update the WDR ON version also, because in my case the pictures are way better!
Can we include WDR as part of the AUTO ISO? or WDR instead of Anti-Shake?

Faneil…first of all many thanks for the great FW…. i have one issue i think i am the only one who face it but i wish you can help me …cause now the music player don’t see the songs on memory card … i can see it from the file manager but not from the gallery…i don know what should i do ..it’s really annoying….again thanks for the great efforts

i dont know why for some it is a disadvantage if ON but, taking picture with WDR ON produces better quality for me.

Dopo molte rom germaniche, attualmente, sto usando la tua nuova n2o4 (versione no KS in menu) e sinceramente la trovo ottima. Trovo che le sue doti migliori siano la stabilità e il risparmio energetico. Mi è piaciuta anche l’idea di utilizzare QT per le nuove utility e spero che sia solo il primo assaggio di una lunga serie. Ho solo uno stupidissimo suggerimento per la prossima versione (quando sarà): puoi far si che non esca quel fastidiosissimo avviso “Nota:deviazioni attive” quando si fa una telefonata? Non tanto per l’inutilità del messaggio in se, ma perchè, mentre è aperto il popup di cui sopra, se si preme il pulsante laterale di sblocco per poter poi mettere in viva voce la telefonata, lo screen della telefonata in partenza scompare e non c’è più verso di farlo riapparire (almeno io non ci sono riuscito).

PS:Per la lotteria, sarebbe un’idea fare un concorso con tanto di poll (non a scopo di lucro naturalmente) assegnando le licenze a chi fa la migliore HS da mettere nella futura ROM o la migliore idea per una nuova utility, il più bel Wallpaper, ecc… raccomandando i partecipanti di fare una donazione anche se su base espressamente volontaria!
PPS: dove posso trovare la doc per le qt (magari in italiano!?)

i loled hard because all games private servers gives stuff against donations. just look at lineage 2 or warcraft or aion private servers they even have donations list, namely weapon +20 = 20 euros. lololololol

dude, why don’t you just change your wording? instead of calling it a lottery, make it like this:
as an appreciation to the people who donate, anyone who donate x amount or more will have a chance of winning these awesome licenses.
so it’s less like entering the lottery, it’s just donating to you, but when you donate, you also enter the lottery. i think that should get you around the legal bit?
Anche se qualcuno ti ha “fregato” con paypal, ti ha probabilmente fatto un grosso favore!!! Non vorrei sbagliarmi, ma le lotterie devono essere autorizzate…! 🙄

just a thought mate. A) alot of people already know about the give away. Just leave it unsaid, but still run your lottery. B) You could always run some competitions to give the licenses away, and help you promote your firmware. Something like each entrant uploading an image showing how they promoted your rom and website, the most inventive ideas get your licenses. C) Give away the licenses to the largest donators, its a gift then legally, given by you 🙂
