  2. hi man ,i tried official task3d but still lots of bugs in there,means i cant open ovi store,ovi map,and main thing is i m using 3 net work in uk ,so my phone cant detect my homepage automatic,so how can set my home page 3 net work one?and i call to 3 customar service for send me a wab setting ,but cant receives msg and they cant send,i dont way.so which for uk?

    I’ve installed your Russian Task 3d. Nice job!
    I like it. Smooth, fast and seems to be stable.

    However, is it possible to make window appearing when pressing Telephone button to appear WITHOUT rotating (it is irritating INMHO)?

    it doesn’t rotate man 🙂 if it does you’re having some problems 🙂

  11. Another thing – you’ve taken out standard samsung Power Dictionary – how can i install it back? do you have sis sile for that?

    no you can’t do that, that is the very only drawback of my rom 🙂

  15. To Ernest: fortunately, there is a person who has the files of samsung dictionary. Unfortuantely, this man is another designer of i8910’s softs and i dont think Faenil will be glad of advertising that person in this page. So, all you need to do is to look for website of “that man” and download files. Sorry for my english.

    Hyperx didn’t take anything btw, he just linked the samsung site where you can download the dictionary, but I repeat, I have removed dictionary as it was only working with chinese dictionary, use slovoed instead 😉

  17. Installed N202 now thanks a lot for the update….

    I have a peculiar issue!! When I plug the headphone,,, it works fine with Radio.. But while selecting Music player… I can hear all beep sound for touching the options. but song is not heard! If I increase volume i hear some click sounds.. No song….. Is anyone facing the same issue pls help!! SOund is fine with loudspeaker.. Thanks in advance….

    It does, can i fix it so it appears as all other screens – through diagonal shifting?

    that’s strange man…have you flashed the n2o2 fixed? if you have already done that, try hard resetting…there is no rotating effect for telephone 🙂 you can also see that in the video about kinetic menu in first page 🙂

    Which i downloaded 2-3 days ago.

    I did HR before and after flashing.

    It worked perfect after first start but after i switched to Finger Use – it started rotating.

    What you have now Russian with KS for download the same?

  24. Plus in you Menue: Contacts, Settings and Messaging open with effect all others as usually (as blinking). Are you going to fix that?

  25. From what I’ve seen in you ROM:
    – please fix the “rotation” bug
    – return the power dictionary
    – in Menu effects make all windows open the same style – diagonal change. coz some open as diagonal change some throug fading/disappearing, as in Samsung firmware.
    – or take away all effects totally

    IMHO that’ll be the ideal ROM so far..

    I changed the rotation effect 😉
    – PowerDic I can’t put this because it would only see Chinese dictionaries…that is why I removed it
    – All applications opens the same, all SUBFOLDERS opens the same 🙂 I will think about that 😉

  26. PLZ HELP! I downloaded n202 euro version, task 3d with ks menu. After that i’m lost. Totally dnt knw what 2 do. I reset my phone and all my apps, images and videos got deleted. I unzipped (n2o2_euro_KSMENU_task3d.7z) and an app called (n2o2_menu_EURO_task3d) appeared. I opened that and im now clueless of waht 2 do.

    I will make a guide this evening please have patience…thanks 😉

    Thanks for your superb custom firmware n202 for “Chinese” Language. I have some minor problem when the language set to ‘English’, the wording in Camera and Video setting cannot be read. (All become small square instead of wording) If I change to Chinese Language this will be no problem and the Chinese wordings are show correctly. When can we expect a surprise update for ‘KE’ version for Chinese Language rom? Many thanks in advance.

    N2O2 is awesome! I’m using the english version. When writing an email and using Dayhandinput r4 (DayHand_Input_by_Mr._Milk_19r4_unsigned.sis.zip) my keyboard does not change to landscape. When writing SMS, everything is OK, landscape keyboard is OK. Only in email it doesn’t change when turning the phone.
    Do you have this problem also? Can you advise?

    I have no idea about it…I think that is a bug coming from the keyboard version…

    I’m having issues where my wireless network is being saved but then not showing up in available networks. It doesn’t show up as an option when connecting the the net. Is anyone else having this problem? Also has the photocontacts been removed?

    Back up the phone info – whatevere you need (contacts, music etc.) wherever you store it, through PC studio or otherwise
    Format your Mass storage (through computer as flash drive)
    Do hard reset thorugh dialing *#7370# ( security code – eight zeros – 00000000)
    Turn off the phone.
    Switch it to flashing mode by pressing 3 buttons simultaneously – Volume UP (upper on the lef side), Lock Screen( Upper right side), End Call/Switch off.

    A blue screen will appear with very little text.

    Turn off antivirus on your PC (and/or firewall), make sure the electrisity won’t go off, or use laptop.

    Start the application you’ve unzipped, plug the phone to PC,
    On right pannel you’ll see a progress bar and sign like #1 PDA – connected.
    On left pannel – big button Download start
    Press Download start,
    You’ll see the progress on the right and text on lower left.
    Wait until it sais something like “finished, wait for the phone to reboot”.

    After phone restarts and asks for PIN code – you may unplug the phone and enjoy new firmware.

    Make sure you phone battery is 100% full before starting all that.

    I have installed your new n2o2_chinese_KSMENU_NoTask3d, there are two bugs I noticed as below:-
    1. On the main menu in ‘Grid’ format, the icons on the right column (Media, Gallery, Game and Setting) are very difficult to press (have to try many times in order to access). If you change to ‘List’ format, there are no problem to access the menu.
    2. On ‘Media Browser’ all the language appear are not in English Language.

    1) it is not a bug, just try making a hard reset, it happens sometimes, it is because the system has to undestand if you’re trying to scroll or you want to enter the subfolder

    2) have you installed the new fixed version that I have released 1 hour ago? 🙂 read first page 😉

  48. Please, Can you in future add localisation for Serbian language. Last custom firmware with our language was HX 1.73

    it is the same as bulgarian man…I’m sorry but I need a new Serbian firmware to make this localization…

  50. Hey Faenil. I’m experiencing a prob with the euro task 3d with ks menu firmware. It seems that auto focus is not working properly especially in macro mode. Cannot focus on anything close, It focuses right for a second and then goes blurred again. It was working well before i changed my firmware to n202. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

    that’s not a problem mate 😉 that’s normal…if you try to focus a thing you are too close to, the camera doesn’t manage to focus and resets the focus (so you see it blurred)…
    try to shot macro photos from a bit more distance 😉

    I just tried, and it becomes blurred if you shot it from <10cm, but it's ok from 15cm distance on ;)
