Hi guys π You won’t believe but I’m still working on the rom…to satisfy all your needs!! π It’s 05:27am here…I’ve been working the whole afternoon and night…
about 15 hours of uninterrupted work!!! π I just wanted to finish all the localizations so that I can spend some time with my girlfriend tomorrow, and focus on new experiments on sunday maybe π
I really hope some donations will come in the meanwhile π
1) I made two guides to help all the newbies π “how to change kastor effects” and “how to flash my firmwares”, I hope you won’t have problems now π
2) I have added the NOKS Menu versions of the firmware, so that you can make your choice if you don’t like the new KS menu π
3) The chinese version is finally ready, fixes:
– HongKong English restored π —> No more problems with the english language in camera mode π
– KS Menu added
– Kastors effects fixed (replaced the camera starting rotating effect because it was too “heavy”)

4) The new arab version including French T9 is being uploaded π
5) I’m sorry for the bulgarian and czech localization…I have some weird problems with those…and I don’t know why at the moment
6) I’m very happy that no bugs has been found so far in my firmwares (only one in chinese localization) and more and more people are visiting my blog…

how log is a battery life in you fw, because I used your n202 fw, before you fixed garmin… and a battery life is very pour only one day and a half:( I don’t know what can be wrong, because sometimes also happened that I saw 4 bars and I started to surfing with wifi and 2 bars droped in 2 min!!!
most of the people who used my rom told that the battery life is superior… ^^
try these two tricks:
Settings–>Connectivity—>Network–>Network Mode —> GSM
Settings–>Connectivity–>VideoSharing–>VideoSharing–>Off
Settings–>Connectivity–>Admin.Settings–>PacketData–>Packet Data Connection–>When Needed
let me know if it’s better now π
btw, wifi is a battery killer…4hours of wifi will let your battery lose half charge more or less…

Just a little problem, when I launch the camera and I press quick view, the language in the camera is not chinese/englishγ(I am using English language in the Chinese Firmware)? It looks like italian to me? Can you please have a look.
oh damn xD stupid chinese localization!! π the fact is the hongkong english is a mixture of English (code 01) and HongKong English (code 158)…I must have deleted some normal english files (code 01)…

Just a couple of questions for you, and hopefully you can answer them for me here as I’m new to this…
I have the up-to-date as of 22rd April n202 installed on my i8910. The Network data search or transfer arrows seem to be permanently on, is that a bug or enhancement?
Is there possibility to build a Portrait Landscape (like the DayHand inputs) inbuilt with your FW and also MKV movie file support.
If you could possibly answer that at your leisure that would be most welcome.

if you have arrows on, that is not normal, and none has this problem π maybe your operator is trying to send you an MMS, but you’re not receiving it…
2) Mkv support: I don’t know how to do this sorry
3) Dayinput can be imported but not everyone likes it…so I won’t do it π
